Having turned vegan after a spell living in one of the world's hottest plant-based cities, Tel Aviv, Ben has taken his green passion back home with him to London where he continues to explore the world of all things animal-free. An avid chef, Ben is self-taught from a young age and continues to thrive off 'veganizing' his old go to meals as his alter ego, the Tattooed Tomato. He started the website in 2019 as a way of getting the vegan and food community to share their recipes with one another, giving them a platform to spread positivity through food to the masses.
